kite-unite.com is generally available free of charge to both kite school and shop owners (hereinafter referred to as "operators") and visitors. Zebra und Freunde UG reserves the right to exclude operators or visitors from the system without giving reasons and without prior notice, as well as to delete or modify content. This applies in particular to illegal or immoral content.
kite-unite.com strives to ensure the best possible functionality of its service. However, Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for any damages or lost revenue resulting from errors, failures, or system shutdowns.
No content or system components may be published elsewhere without the consent of Zebra und Freunde UG.
Any operator who does not wish to be featured on kite-unite.com will be editorially removed. Please notify us via the contact form.
Through numerous tools and measures, kite-unite.com strives to provide the highest possible quality and continuously improve the content and information offered. However, all information is provided without guarantee. The majority of the information comes directly from companies and visitors to the site. Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the published information (text, data, prices, images, etc.). Furthermore, no liability is assumed for content linked to this system (links to external sites).
All users of the system (both operators and visitors) agree that all content and information (text, data, images, etc.) entered or confirmed by them may be freely published both online and in print. Should any part of these Terms of Use not comply with applicable law, the content and validity of the remaining parts shall remain unaffected and the invalid part shall be deemed to be replaced by one that most closely reflects the meaning and purpose of the invalid part or the parties' intention in a legally effective and economic manner.

On principle, kite-unite.com is available to kiteschools, shops and teachers (in the following called “operator”) as well as to visitors free of charge. Zebra and Friends UG reserves the right to ban operators or visitors from the system without giving reasons and without prior announcements and to delete or modify contents. This applies in particular to illegal or immoral contents.
Zebra and friends UG strives towards the best possible functionality of its service. Zebra und Freunde UG, however, is not liable for damages arisen or income lost on account of defects, failures or discontinuation of the system.
Contents or system components must not be published elsewhere without the consent of Zebra und Freunde UG.
An operator that does not wish to be presented on kite-unite.com will be deleted by the editors. In this case, please send a communication using the contact form.

These conditions will also be valid when the Web sites are used outside the European Union or outside Germany regardless of the user's nationality.
Zebra and Friends UG reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
If any provisions of these conditions of use do not comply with the applicable law, the content and the validity of the other provisions will remain unaffected by this and the invalid provision shall be considered to be replaced by such a legally valid provision coming closest to the economic purpose intended by the invalid provision and/or the parties.
