Terms and Conditions for a “Premium Listing” on kite-unite.com

• Satisfaction guarantee
  If the customer is not satisfied with the services, they can cancel their order within two weeks (by email or fax). The premium listing will then be deactivated immediately, and no costs will be incurred.

• Can be canceled at any time after the first booking period
  The premium subscription automatically renews after the initial subscription period (3, 6, or 12 months). However, after the first year, the customer can cancel the premium subscription at any time and with immediate effect (via form or email).

• Invoice
  After activation, the customer will receive an invoice by email (or by post upon request) which must be paid within 14 days.

• Scope of the service
  The Premium Listing includes all services as described in detail on Premium Listing .
